This contempt of Court case is filed alleging non- compliance of the direction of the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.6645/2022 passed on 14.10.2022. 3. The operative portion of the judgment in paragraph No.4 read as follows:- 4. Taking note of the above submission, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:- a) The petitioner is directed to submit one more representation within 15 days from today to respondents 2 and 3 requesting to sanction additional increment for having completed PhD in 2005 from Mysore University. b) If such representation is submitted, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4. A compliance affidavit is filed by the Principal Secretary to Government Education Department (Higher Education) stating that the representations have been - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40196-DB CCC No. 295 of 2023 considered and an order has been passed on 01.07.2023 granting three increments with effect from 19.09.2007 with monetary benefits from 24.12.2009. It is further submitted that the delay in passing the orders was only due to administrative reasons and the advance increments have been ordered to be paid to the complainant.
