Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that in the writ petition filed by the petitioner i.e., CWP-20543-2021, prayer was made for directing respondent No.2 therein to take disciplinary action against respondent No.6 therein but no such direction was given by the learned Single Bench. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the above, the present contempt petition be disposed of. 4.
