Sri.Raghuram Kadambi, counsel submits a memo has been filed stating that given the lapse of time, the respondent does not wish to pursue the bids in question and hence, the application may be allowed and direct the applicant to return total the EMD amount of Rs.16,10,000/- to the respondent.
