The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 02.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.27038/2024 (S-KSAT). In terms of the said order, this Court had directed the accused to consider the representations dated 31.03.2021 and 12.05.2023 made by the complainant/petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the accused has handed over a memo enclosing therewith a communication dated 04.06.2025 informing the complainant that in terms of the directions issued by the Court, the representations were considered and there was no person who could be considered as similarly placed as the complainant. However, the accused has also stated that if there are any service documents of a person would be parallelly placed, the complainant's request so also to make his pay in conformity with the said person would be considered. Insofar as the complainant's representation regarding stagnation increments is concerned, the same was considered and partly acceded to in terms of the memorandum dated 28.04.2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41910-DB CCC No. 350 of 2025 3. In view of the above, we are unable to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court are required to be initiated. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.
