JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER On 17.09.2025, when the matter had come up for preliminary hearing, this Court directed the learned High Court Government Pleader to take notice on behalf of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38636 WP No. 5616 of 2024 respondent Nos.1 and 2. Notice was not issued in respect of other private respondents. Learned High Court Government Pleader was directed to secure instructions from the Tahsildar, Sulia Taluk, as to whether the application filed by Sri.K.Devappa Gowda and Sri.Koragappa Gowda have been considered and disposed of in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5750/2004 dated 16.04.2007. Learned High Court Government Pleader on instructions submits that the application has not been re-considered pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Tahsidlar, Sulia Taluk to place the applications of Sri.K.Devappa Gowda and Koragappa Gowda before the Committee for regularization and unauthroised occupation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Committee shall thereafter consider the applications of both the rival claimants, Sri.K.Devappa Gowda and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38636 WP No. 5616 of 2024 Koragappa Gowda and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at rate within a period of two months from the date when which the application would be placed by the Tahsildar before the Committee.
