Pursuant to the said order, today the respondent/contemnor is produced before this Court by Ms.G.Vanitha, Special Sub Inspector of Police, H8 Thiruvottiyur Police Station. 3.The respondent has filed Sub Application(OS) No.168 of 2025 in Cont.P.No.3218 of 2024 wherein he produced the bank statement showing the transfer of maintenance amount of Rs.6,000/- periodically to his wife and son. Though not made on monthly basis, periodically the maintenance amount transferred up to this month and there is no arrear. 4.In view of the above, the order of this Court, dated 23.07.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.SR.No.16050 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.273 of 2016 is complied with.
