Petitioner is serving as Senior Assistant in the office of Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEB Limited Keylong, District Lahaul & Spiti. His case is that on completion of prescribed tenure at the aforesaid hard and tribal area, he furnished a representation to the respondents on 19.08.2024 (Annexure P-4), seeking his transfer to a soft area of his choice. Petitioner’s grievance is 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 that the aforesaid representation has not been heeded to by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/ competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of two weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
