Heard learned counsel representing Smt.M.Suguna, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint dated 28.02.2019 presented by the writ petitioner, police registered F.I.R. in Crime No.34 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w 34 I.P.C. on 28.03.2019, and investigating into the same. 4. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he presented a report to the police on 28.02.2019, and police did not take any action on that. 5. In the light of submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is disclosed that police registered the case stated above, and investigating into the same. 4 6. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
