Neeru, learned counsel, appears for the petitioners and Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel, appears for the respondents. The contempt has been filed by the petitioners for disobedience of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 376 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court is complied with and in this regard, the respondents have passed an order dated 22nd April, 2024 and the copy of the said order is annexed in MC(Cont.Cas(C)) No. 32 of 2024. Therefore, this Court cannot initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any, to file a fresh contempt petition if aggrieved by the order of the respondents.
