(Oral) The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 to implement the order dated 17.11.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.1 to enable it to take physical possession of the secured assets. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been passed by the District Magistrate, Sonipat, but the petitioner has not been able to secure the physical possession for want of police help. 3. Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. 4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. 5. Heard. 6.
