Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "It is, therefore, most prayed that this Hon'ble graciously be pleased to respectfully court may direct the Additional District Judge-I, Jaunpur to decide the Civil Appeal No. 93 of 2022 ( Gyan Chand and others Vs. Shambhu and others) within stipulated and reasonable period pending since 15.12.2022 before it during pendency of petition before this Hon'ble Court otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2022, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge-I, Jaunpur to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
