Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Award dated 10.03.2016 (Annexure P-1) had already been complied with substantially, especially that the respondent No. 1-workman was reinstated and the benefit ₹ of lump sum back wages to the tune of 1,59,740/- was given to him.
2. Probably, for this reason nobody is appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 1 that he might be satisfied with the said relief given to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive the same in case the respondent No. 1-workman agitate the implementation of the total Award impugned in the present petition.
