By the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash order of reliving dated 29/01/2025 issued by the respondent No.3. 10.2 this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent No.2 to consider case of petitioners for continue in Central Handball Team, CISF Bhilai, within stipulated period. 10.3 this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the respondent No.2 to constitute a fresh Performance Review Team, in which respondent No.7 will not a member and trial/test game of petitioners. 10.4 Any other relief , which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he is not pressing the relief sought in clause 10.1, however, he submits 3 that though the petitioners have submitted a representation before the respondent No.2 in the month of September, 2024 to consider the case of the petitioner to continue in Central Handball Team, CISF Bhilai, but the same is not being decided in spite of the fact that the petitioners are requesting the authorities on several occasions. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2. submits that the representation and grievance of the petitioners are pending consideration before the respondent No.2 and the same will be decided within a period of thirty days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondent No.2, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioners for their continuance in Central Handball Team, CISF Bhilai within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to question the reliving order before the appropriate forum. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
