The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.115 dated 23.06.2023 registered under Sections 180, 366, 376(2)(n) & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Women Police Station, Rewari, challan under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. and charge-sheet dated 11.12.2023. 2. After arguing the case for sometime and realizing that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the trial is at the advance stage as out of total 21 prosecution witnesses, 09 have been examined, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as raised in the present petition, before the Trial Court. 3.
