He has also filed the copy of the order dated 10.08.2024 passed by the respondent on the petitioner's representation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 07.12.2023 in W.P.No.33926 of 2023, had directed the fourth respondent therein/respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2023 and to issue notice to the petitioner and the adjacent land owners, rival claimants/interested parties, if any, and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent herein, he is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent by way of filing Certiorarified Mandamus Petition. 5.
