JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54585 WP No. 22321 of 2024 ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for counting the past service rendered by him as Associate Professor between 27.12.2005 to 04.03.2017 for the purpose of grant of promotion to the post of Professor under CAS (Career Advancement Scheme) as per AICTE/UGC Regulations, wherein the petitioner has submitted the representations to that effect on 04.03.2015 and 09.02.2024 vide Annexures-A and B. 2. Learned AGA for respondent No.2 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the representations vide Annexures-A and B, and would pass the appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.
