…Respondent(s)
Through: Mr. Waseem Gull, GA.
CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE.
ORDER 04.07.2025
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Notice.
3. Notice waived by Mr. Waseem Gull, learned GA.
4. The petitioner, a surrendered militant but subsequently rehabilitated as a Constable in the BSF, has filed this petition complaining therein that without any rhyme or reason, he is often summoned to the Police Station, whereas the fact remains that after he attained superannuation he has never indulged in any illegal activity.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of by directing the respondents not to summon the petitioner except in accordance with law, an
innocuous prayer not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
6. In view of above, the present Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents not to summon the petitioner except in accordance with law, provided that he does not indulge in any illegal activity.
7. Disposed of.
