By way of the present application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 60 days in preferring the captioned revision application. Considering the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is condoned; subject to the applicant deposits remaining outstanding amount of the arrears before the Registry, after deducting any amount already paid, if applicable, and to place the receipt of such deposit on record of the case; within a period of 30 days from today. 3.
