Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Management, this petition can be disposed of by issuing appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 – Director of Education. 2. We find that as far back as on 14.09.2021, the respondent No.3 – Deputy Director of Education, had forwarded a proposal to consider grant of salary to the petitioner. 3. It appears that no effective order has been passed on the said proposal till date. 4. In view of the above, the respondent No.2 – Director of Education is directed to decide the aforesaid proposal forwarded by the 2025:BHC-AUG:22598-DB 2 923.WP.1742.25.odt respondent No.3 – Deputy Director of Education, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today, in accordance with law. 5.
