In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Final Notice dated 13.01.2023 (Annexure-A).
2. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, since the petitioner herein is in occupation of the public premises in which the Final Notice has been issued at Annexure-A, it is

open for the petitioner to file reply to the same within two weeks from the receipt of this order. Thereafter, the respondent-Authorities are directed to take decision in the matter in accordance with law.
3. Till consideration of the reply that may be made by the petitioner as against the respondents with regard to Annexure-A, no precipitative action should be taken against the petitioner by the respondent-Authorities.
With these above observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
