The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. It appears that parties were in consensual physical relationship for about eight months. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with Kuchai P.S.
