Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Fishery Department has produced a communication dated 04.03.2025, issued by the Fishery Department and has submitted that the stay granted by the Fishery Department vide order dated 24.01.2025 has already been withdrawn and the District Commissioner, Morogaon, has been allowed to proceed with the NIT dated 24.12.2024 for settlement of the 165/166/167/168 Purana/Sonai/Sola/Garanga/Sukraj Fishery in Morigaon district. It is further submitted that pursuant to the order dated 04.03.2025, issued by the Fishery Department, the District Commissioner, Morigaon, Assam, has informed that the tender notice dated 24.12.2024 would be proceeded with in accordance with law and the last date for submission of bids pursuant to the said tender notice has been extended up to 28.03.2025. The communications dated 04.03.2025 issued by the Fishery Department as well as the communication issued by the District Commissioner, Morigaon, are taken on record. Mr. K. N. Choudhury, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that in view of the above developments, the grievance raised by the Page No.# 4/4 applicant in this Interlocutory Application has been redressed and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this Interlocutory Application and the connected writ appeal. In view of the above submission, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
