ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to respondent No.4 - Tahsildar to consider the representation at Annexure-E. In terms of Annexure-E, the petitioner submits that they are in possession and during the process of digitizing the revenue records, petitioner's name has been left out. Accordingly, the petitioner had sought effecting of relevant entries.

2. The respondent authorities have issued an endorsement rejecting the request of the petitioner on various grounds.
3. Without entering into the validity of the endorsement, it would be appropriate to dispose of the petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement before the Appellate authority as per law. All
contentions of the petitioner are kept open. Needless to state, in the event of any appeal filed, same to be considered expeditiously. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
