The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 85 of 2024 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64, 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribagh. 3. On 04.10.2024, the petitioner called the informant on his mobile phone. Thereafter, the informant met this petitioner. He threatened her of dire consequences and took her to nearby forest and attempted to rape her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the victim were having love affairs. It was further submitted that she had on her own wish gone with the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
