The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:- “(1) quash FIR dated 22.01.2019 in Crime No.54/2019 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.), u/s 294, 384, 389, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code in relation to the present petitioners. (2) Pass any other order in view of the special facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition, in the interest of justice.” 3. Mr. Hariom Rai, leaned Panel Lawyer submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned on 31.12.2024. 4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if the matter survives.
