Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record. 2. Petitioner is not able to show the manner she was appointed. Her claim is based on an Identity Card, which reflects that she is an outsourcing employee. No contract is placed on record as well as name of outsourcing agency is also not disclosed. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, since there is no employee and employer relationship between petitioner and Respondent-Nagar Palika Parishad Maharajganj, therefore, claim of petitioner that she may be allowed to work, cannot be adjudicated in writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 4. However, this order will not come in way, if petitioner wants to avail other remedy available in accordance with law.
