In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 05.11.2023(Annexure P within a period of one month from the date certified copy of this order.” It is submitted that despite the above, the representation of the petitioner has not been decided till date. Thus, it is prayed that contempt proceedings be respondents for not complying the order dated (Annexure P-1).
