The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections ¾ of the D.P. Act. 3. The second anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as not maintainable, but at the same time, it is observed that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below, it shall take endeavor to explore the possibility of restoration of the nuptial tie by taking recourse of mediation and conciliation process. 4.
