Having regard to the nature of the relief that is being sought in this petition, the same can be disposed of at this stage itself by extending appropriate direction to the learned executing court. Accordingly, it is directed that the learned executing court shall take all necessary steps for expeditious disposal of the execution petition in accordance with law. Disposed of as above.
