Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. Vide order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 namely District Magistrate, Mau the financial power of the petitioner has been ceased and petitioner was further directed to submit his reply within 15 days. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that a detailed reply has been submitted by the petitioner to the respondent no.3 on 08.07.2025 but till date no final decision has been taken on the same. 4. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that final decision will be taken in the matter by the respondent no.2- expeditiously. 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 6. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without dwelling upon the merit of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision in the matter within a period of two weeks from today strictly in accordance with law. 7.
