This Revision Petition is filed by the respondent in Crl.Misc.No.51 of 2023, challenging the order dated 05.10.2024 on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bellari. 3. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is not in dispute that, the marriage between the petitioner with the respondent was - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:952 RPFC No. 100195 of 2024 solemnized on 01.12.2016 at Maharashtra and in their wedlock a child is born. Taking into consideration the economic status of the parties and also fact that the petitioner and respondent are residing separately, and that apart, the gross salary of the petitioner herein is Rs.1,80,917/- per month as per the salary slip produced before the Family Court, I am of the view that, the finding recorded by Family court is just and proper in awarding maintenance Rs.30,000/- per month to the minor child from the date of the petition.
