JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner: M/s. Vishal Kumar Trivedi, Advocate For the State : M/s. Sushma Aind, A.P.P --- 02/19.03.2025 Heard the Parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024, registered the for offences under sections 126/ 127/ 115(2)/ 118/ 351(3)/ 109/331/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of Smt. The petitioner pointed a pistol towards him and threatened him that he will shoot the informant. Thereafter, all the accused persons started assaulting the informant causing injury. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as five cases. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. The petitioner, if so advised may renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
