(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 14.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. B.C.Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, has been complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that services of Smt. Arti Bhanwal Lecturer (School New), Pol. Science (PTA GIA) GSSS Sandhole, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, have been regularized as Lecturer (School New) w.e.f. 20.08.2020, the date when all the PTA (GIA) Lecturers were 2 regularized in the department subject to any legal remedy available with the Department. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Notice issued to the respondent is discharged.
