ORAL ORDER
When this matter came up on 16.07.2025, it was submitted before this Court that the Crl.Misc.No.77/2022 is filed seeking maintenance and in that, an I.A. is filed seeking interim maintenance and the same is not disposed of. Then this Court had directed the Vth Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru to place a report before this Court stating why I.A.No.1 that is filed seeking interim maintenance is not
disposed of from the last three years.
2. A report is placed by the V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru wherein it is stated that I.A.No.1 filed by the petitioner under Section 25 of Cr.P.C. is rejected vide order dated 24.12.2024 and the case is posted to
01.08.2025. As the parties to the petition have taken several adjournments for filing assets and liabilities in compliance of the direction issued by the Hon’ble Apex Court, the petitioner

without pressing I.A.No.1 on 27.06.2023 led her evidence. When the matter was in the stage of cross examination of PW1, she pressed I.A.No.1 and the same was disposed of on
24.12.2024.
3. A perusal of the report shows that the I.A. is already
disposed of and the petitioner has stated before this Court that the I.A. is pending and this Court has called for a report. The petitioner cannot waste the time of this Court as well as the time of the Family Court. Hence, this Court cannot pass a direction to dispose of the Crl.Misc.No.77/2022. Hence, this Court is passing the following order:
ORDER
i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the Advocates Association, Bangalore.
ii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
