(ORAL) On 22.07.2025, the following order was passed:- “The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the impugned order dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by the ADJ, Mohali whereby non-bailable warrants of arrest has been issued against the petitioner in connection with FIR No.115 dated 01.06.2023 registered under Sections 307, 473 IPC and 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 323, 186, 34 IPC and Section 30 of Arms Act, 1959 added later on) at Police Station Sadar Kharar, District Mohali. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that due to threats being meted out to the petitioner on account of another FIR, the petitioner was unable to appear 13.02.2025 because of which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that he is ready and willing to join proceedings once again. Notice of motion for 07.08.2025 In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Society for the Care of Blind, Sector 26, Chandigarh Account JITESH LAL 2025.08.29 09:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-37848-2025 -2- No.10506615304, IFSC Code:- SBIN0003246 and on his doing he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Adjourned to 27.08.2025.” The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has not surrendered in terms of the order dated 22.07.2025. In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition. Therefore, the same stands dismissed.
