The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the learned Additional Court (N.I. Act), Varanasi to decide the Complaint Case No. 1943 of 2018, (Nilesh Singh Vs. Santosh Gupta), Under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Lanka Station- Lanka, District- Varanasi, pending before him within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of learned Additional Court (N.I. Act), Varanasi and to decide in terms of sub-section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act. The same shall be considered with most expedition strictly as per the law of the land, subject to legal impediment, if any. 5. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
