Vide order dated 08.03.2025, this case was listed before the National Lok Adalat and was decided amicably in terms of compromise entered into between the parties. 6. Now, by way of the above mentioned Modification Application, the applicant prays that the order dated 08.03.2025 be modified to the extent of adding the words and sentence; “CRLR No. 369 of 2023 titled “Amit Rathi vs. State of Uttarakhand & Anr. passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Appeal No. 114 of 2021, Amit Rathi vs. Ambrish Kumar Rastogi & Anr. as well as the order dated 31.08.2021, passed by the Judicial Magistrate/1st Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) in Complaint Case No. 1011 of 2020, Ambrish Kumar Rastogi vs. Amit Rathi, is set aside and the revisionist is acquitted of the charges levelled against him”. 7.
