By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicants is that a direction be issued to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/F.T.C.-II, Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the Complaint Case No.4642 of 2024 (Smt. Simpal Kumari Vs. Amarnath and others), under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 and 406 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station-Dudhara, District-Sant Nagar, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a complaint case filed under Section Sections 498-A, 504, 506 and 406 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. He has drawn attention of this Court towards the order sheet of the court below wherein, the complainant (wife of the opposite party no.2) was regularly appearing before the court below to get her statement recorded but till date, her statement was not recorded. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to record the statement of the applicant and decide the aforesaid case within period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
