Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has sought the following relief: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery citation dated 06.06.2025 issued by the respondent No.2, to meet the ends of justice, so the justice may be done. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 1.5.2025 where by the stay application filed by the petitioner along with the appeal has been rejected and further stay the effect and operation of the order dated 13.9.2024 passed by the respondent no.3 during the pendency of the appeal before commissioner (respondent no.2.)." 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the authority concerned should decide the appeal expeditiously. 4. Accordingly, the authority concerned is directed to decide the appeal in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from date. Till any decision is taken by the authority concerned with regard to appeal of the petitioner, recovery citation shall remain kept in abeyance. 5.
