Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 is present but submits that he has not received a copy of the IA which is accordingly directed to be served forthwith. 3. Considering the nature of relief sought for, the Court is inclined to dispose of the IA by the following order. 4. While disposing of the writ petition, this Court by order dated 10th December, 2025 directed opposite party No.2 to consider the request of the petitioner for allotment of shop room in super market area regard being had to the plea advanced and taking into account the observations made therein after providing an opportunity of hearing to him within a stipulated period of six weeks. 5. The IA is filed seeking a direction to opposite party No.2 to conclude the hearing and communicate result of the same dated 5th February, 2026. In view the limited grievance of the petitioner, recording the submissions of learned counsels for both the sides, the IA is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.2, if having concluded the hearing on the date fixed, to communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner within ten days from today. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. 7. A copy of the order be handed to Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 for its intimation and early compliance. (R.K.
