Copy of the same has been furnished to the counsel opposite. The relevant part of the affidavit is reproduced below :- ‘That on 14.08.2025, information in regard to his location was extracted from the technical reports of his mobile number and thereafter, raid was conducted at the location where he was present. After the sincere efforts of the investigating officer with the assistance of CIA Staff Amritsar (Rural), the accused/respondent No. 7 Amandeep Singh was arrested on 14.08.2025. In this regard the arrest memo of accused Amandeep Singh was recorded. That the accused/respondent No. 7 was presented before the Ld. JMIC, Amritsar on 15.08.2025 and was sent to judicial custody for 14 days on the said date.’ In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
