In the application, it has been submitted that as soon as the applicants got information about the judgment, they applied for the certified copy of the same and thereafter due to winter season, the applicants were unable to file the review petition within prescribed period of limitation. Heard and considered. The judgment sought to be reviewed was passed in open Court in presence of learned counsel for the applicants/review petitioners. The contention of the review petitioners that due to winter season, they were unable to file the review petition within prescribed period of limitation is outrightly meritless and does not deserve any consideration. There is a huge delay of 117 days in filing this review petition which has remained unexplained. The application being without merit is dismissed. The review petition shall also stands dismissed.
