The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.568 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Erasama, arising out of Erasama P.S. Case No.361 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/ 296/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 351(2)/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State on instruction that though the injury is grievous in nature, till date the Petitioner has not been cited as an accused for commission of any non-bailable offence. Hence, the ABLAPL is not maintainable. 4. Taking note of the same, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable. 5.
