The suit in O.S.No.18 of 2018 was filed by the plaintiff for the relief of redemption and recovery of possession of the plaint schedule property against the defendant. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent raised an objection, contending that the delay has not been satisfactorily explained. No.5168 of 2025 further contended that some of the respondents died and that the petitioner had failed to take steps to bring their legal representatives on record. Therefore, no sufficient cause has been made out for condoning the delay. 4.Accordingly this Court is inclined to allow the said application on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/-. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent within a week from today.
