Learned State Counsel has drawn attention of this Court to the averment made in para 3 of the writ petition where it is mentioned that petitioners took admission in M.B.A. programme in 2021-23 batch. 4. Petitioners were denied permission to appear in the University examination as they failed to deposit requisite fee prescribed by the University. 5. We are in 2025, while M.B.A. course to which petitioners were not admitted came to an end in 2023, therefore, prayer for re-conduct the examination cannot be granted to petitioners at this belated stage. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
