Petitioner has challenged order dated 15th April, 2025 passed by respondent no.3 (the Chief Medical Officer) cancelling his disability certificate. Allegation is, no notice was issued and even otherwise the cancellation is bad. 2. The petition was moved on 29th July, 2025 and again heard on 8th August, 2025. State had adjournments to obtain instructions. Dr. Devendra Kumar Tiwari, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the cancellation was pursuant to complaint lodged. There be restoration for reconsideration of the complaint. 3. Impugned order dated 15th April, 2025 is set aside and quashed.
