Having regard to the fact that petitioner has already ventilated the grievance by way of representation dated 17.12.2024 (Annexure-P/5), the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the Managing Director, BSFC, to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary order strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise to be completed as expeditiously as possible within a period of eights Patna High Court CWJC No.819 of 2025(3) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing of any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. 3.
