AKOLA (MAHARASHTRA) .....RESPONDENT (BY SHRI SACHIN MANDHANYA, ADVOCATE) This revision coming on for orders this day, th e court passed the following: ORDER This criminal revision has been filed under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act read with Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the order dated 11.07.2023 passed by the learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, District-Indore in M.J.C. No.1115/2021, whereby the learned Principal Judge, Family Court has awarded interim maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month from 11.11.2021 to the petitioner/wife.

(PREM NARAYAN SINGH) JUDGE Court has awarded amount of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent as maintenance is meagre amount, hence, looking to the liabilities, amount of maintenance be enchanced to some extent.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the contentions made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. In course of argument at length, counsel for both the parties agreed to enchance the amount of interim maintenance from Rs.2,000/- to Rs.3,000/- per month in favour of petitioner/wife from the date of the order.
5. In view of aforesaid rival submissions advanced by counsel for the parties, this petition is allowed to extent that the petitioner /wife will get maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month regularly from the date of this order and remaining part of the impugned order shall remain intact.
6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed off.
7. However, concerned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the matter within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Certified copy, as per rules. Vindesh
