It is clear from the above that the Executive Officer is already in the process of initiating action to restore the name of the temple in the revenue records, and proceedings are now pending. 4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Executive Officer to follow up with the Tahsildar and take effective steps to ensure that the property is restored back in the name of the temple in the revenue records. 5. The present writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
