GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) 2 MRK,J W.P.No.7083 of 2016 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue writ or order, direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying petitioner's salaries 01.07.2014 till date even though petitioner had attended duties regularly is arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article-14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay petitioner's salary from 01.07.2014 till date otherwise petitioner and petitioner's mother who is dependent on petitioner are put to starvation and financial difficulties in the interest of justice....” 2. On 14.08.2025, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner as the learned counsel for the petitioner is elevated as Judge. The office submitted a report which reveals that the notice sent by the Registry was served on the petitioner on 03.09.2025. Till today, the petitioner not engaged any advocate. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is working in the 5th respondent-Co-operative Society and the 5th respondent-Co-operative Society in spite of extracting the work has not paid salary to him. 4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Naveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation forwarded the written instructions in Rc.No.316/2016-C, dated 04.09.2025 received from the 4th 3 MRK,J W.P.No.7083 of 2016 respondent which indicates that pursuant to the interim orders dated 28.06.2016 of this Court, 5th respondent paid an amount of Rs.96,000/- to the petitioner towards salary upto 31.06.2016 by way of a cheque bearing No.012996, dated 11.11.2016 and it is further noted that presently the petitioner is working as a clerk in Aspari, Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Aspari. 5. Thus, the written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader is making a part of the record and the grievance of the petitioner is fulfilled. In view of these written instructions coupled with the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, it seems that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 6. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation and making the instructions dated 04.09.2025 as a part of the record, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
